Jotform Table: Option to sort the records alphabetically using the last name

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the Jotform Table of this form? If so, I see that you expanded the Full Name column to separate the first name from the last name. Unfortunately, when the Full Name column is expanded, the option to sort it alphabetically is unavailable. You can only sort the Full Name column if the first and last names are together in a single column. So, the table can only sorted alphabetically using the first name.

A workaround is to keep the Full Name column expanded and download your submission as Excel. In this way, you can sort the last name column alphabetically. Let me show you how to download the data as Excel:

• In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button in the upper-right corner of the page.
• Select Download as Excel from the menu.
