    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in Italian using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again

    About your concern, I don't see that your account has an active or previous subscription. If you are referring to a different account, you can log in to it and view copies of your invoices. Then you can use the print feature of your device and send them to the intended recipients. Let me show you how:

    1. Head to Account Billing.
    2. If there's an active subscription, select View under Details.Steps to view invoices in Jotform Screenshot 10If there's no active subscription, scroll past the pricing section and select View Invoices > View.Steps to view invoices in Jotform Screenshot 10

    When viewing the invoice you can use the print page feature of your device. Once you have compiled all the invoices, send them using your email since we can't send them to a different email from our end. We also have a guide on how to check your invoice.
