Unable to deselect choice selected in Single Choice field.

Salve,

abbiamo riscontrato un problema nel formato "modulo cartolina" nelle domande a risposta singola che hanno una solo opzione di risposta e che noi usiamo per farci dare i consensi marketing facoltativi.

Se un utente che compila il form di iscrizione a un nostro servizio mette il flag a un consenso in una domanda a risposta singola non obbligatoria, passa automaticamente alla domanda successiva. Nel caso in cui decidesse di tornare alla schermata precedente per togliere il flag non riesce a toglierlo (vedi foto).

Perché non si può rimuovere il flag se la risposta non è obbligatoria?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to be able to deselect the answer for the question Consenso facoltativo single choice card. Please note, that the radio button in the Single Choice fields can't be deselected. You can switch between the options but can't deselected. If you want the form filler to go back and uncheck the choice they select you will need to use the Multiple Choice Field instead.
