    Now, coming back to your question: It’s easy to send Notification Emails to more than one person. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:

    The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
    • Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.

    If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.

    The second way is to add a new Notification Email:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    • Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
    • Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.

    But keep in mind that Starter plan accounts can only add one notification email template with one recipient in a form. You will have to upgrade your account to be able to add multiple email templates with multiple recipients. Feel free to check out our pricing page.
