Like and Dislike widget: No longer registering any increase in likes

Dopo aver attivato il controllo su cookies e ip sul campo "compilazione unica", il modulo non aumenta piu i like ricevuti. Il modulo viene compilato dalla gente, ma i likes non aumentano piu. E' possibile risolvere sincronizzando correttamente il tutto? grazie

ho effettuato soltanto questa variazione nelle impostazioni ed il sistema sembra impazzito, i likes si sono fermati oppure diminuiscono di poco, alcuni aumentano di uno... senbra tutto irregolare. I likes dovrebbe soltanto semplicemente aumentare man mano che l'utente compila il modulo, in base al like che sceglie. Invece sembra tutto fermo.

As a result, users can choose whether or not to enter these fields, which may account for the lack of an increase in likes. 1. Locate the Like and Dislike widgets in the Form Builder interface, then click the Gear icon to access their properties. If you need to select all of them, simply hold down the CTRL key and click on each with the left mouse button.
2. Once selected, select the Require option from the menu that appears at the top. This will ensure that users must provide input for these fields before submitting the form.
