Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. You can also clear your form cache easily. It is a good practice to delete the cache, so data are refreshed to avoid this type of issue in the future. Let me show you how:
- Hover on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear cache option.
