    ho impostato un modulo di richiesta appuntamento ma ho notato che le prenotazioni sono un’ora in ritardo rispetto alle opzioni che avevo dato. Come mai? Questo il form

    L’orario proposito era le 10 l’utente ha selezionato 10 credo ma poi la sua call sarà alle 11 Help!!!

    Now, coming back to your question, Are you referring to this form? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Appointment field wasn't configured correctly. The timezone changes depending on the user's location when filling out the form. It's really easy to fix, we'll just need to lock the timezone, so users will only see appointments in your time zone. Let me show you how to fix it:

    • In Form Builder, click the gear icon of your Appointment field to open Properties.
    • Go to the Advanced tab, and scroll down a bit.
    • Toggle off the Lock the Time Zone option. That's it.
