    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I can see that the payment shown on your screenshot was unsuccessful, which I could also confirm after checking your account. But, I'll reach out to the Billing Team right now and see if they have any idea on why the Nonprofit discount hasn't been applied yet. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.

    We appreciate your patience while we look into this. I just heard back from our Billing team, and they advised that you try processing the payment again now.
