Will I be charged for the Starter plan after signing up for a Jotform account?

    Buona sera, chiedo scusa per il disturbo ma volevo chiedere un'informazione per quanto riguarda il vostro sito "jotform.com".

    Io ho appena usato il vostro sito per una presentazione e mi è uscito un conto alla rovescia di circa 24 ore, al scadere di questo dovrò pagare qualcosa oppure solo se voglio avere delle prestazioni in più dalla funzione base del sito pagherò qualcosa?

    In caso in cui dovessi pagare qualcosa come faccio a disdire il pagamento?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you just signed up for Jotform. The Jotform Starter plan is completely free. It is a free version that gives you access to almost all of the Jotform features that paid subscriptions provide. The only difference is the Account Usage and Limits. For a quick breakdown of the limits for each plan, visit the Features and Pricing page. Once you've upgraded your plan and no longer need it, you can cancel it at any time. Please note that cancelling your subscription has to be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Please also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
