Appointment field: How to set appointment field to single appointments only?

    I have another question:

    Although I've set our appointment calender widged for single appointments only, sometimes it happens that more than one client books a slot. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Image 1 Screenshot 30 Note that if the appointment type is set to one-on-one, it means that each time slot is reserved for only one person. To prevent the same person from booking multiple slots, you can set up a unique field.  Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
    2. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select Email in the Unique Field dropdown menu.

    Currently, the Unique Field feature is available only for the following elements:

    • Email
    • Short Text Entry
    • Dropdown
    • Number
