Piano Annuale Personalizzato

Buonasera, avrei bisogno di un piano personalizzato per la mia Azienda. Siamo uno studio di tatuaggi e piercing, l’unica cosa di cui abbiamo bisogno é la possibilità di far firmare un consenso informato (già creato da me con la vostra piattaforma) ai nostri clienti. Quindi avrei bisogno solo della disponibilità di almeno 100 documenti firmati e la creazione di 2 moduli soltanto. Ho provato a completare il servizio business nella pagina di upgrade ma non ho avuto nessuna conferma di richiesta inviata o risposta in generale.

Come posso fare?

Now, let me help you with your question, you wanted to inquire for a Personalized Annual Plan with at least 100 signed documents and have 2 forms, right? If yes, the best Plan for you is our Bronze Plan, which has 100 Monthly Signed Documents. You might want to visit our Pricing Page for more detailed information.

Let me show you how to upgrade your account:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

Ok no problem, I would like to know if is possible to have little more then
100 signed documents, we have lots of client and I think that we will
exceed the ammount. Sorry for my english

Thanks for getting back to us. When you hit your monthly subscription limits, your form will be disabled and no longer accept any submission. You may want to check out our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to know more about the limits to your form. With this, I suggest choosing a plan that will meet your organization's goals/requirements.
