    Buonasera sto cercando di collegare Zoho a JF ma richiede le API. Inserendo quelle nella sezione impostazione non rileva nessun modulo

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. When integrating Zoho CRM into your form, you are only required to connect your Zoho account and does not require an API as shown in the screenshot.

    Hello marketingcusimano,

    Thanks for your explanation and screenshots. That helped me understand what’s happening. It seems that the problem is with the Zoho account that you're using. I found a reliable link here where people who are also using Zoho are having the same error message, and it seems that you would need to contact them directly. I found a page that you can reach them through, it's here.

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to integrate our account to the cloned form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
