The Total Amount is incorrect based on the Product Quantity

    Now, let me help you with your question. To make sure I understand your issue, the Total Amount for the selected Product is incorrect based on their quantity, is that right? If so, I cloned and tested the form to see if I could replicate the issue, however, the amount showing is correct on my end.

    Please note that the amount shown on the left side is the Price of the product, and the calculated Total Amount based on the quantity is displayed at the bottom, as shown in the screenshot above.

    Also, I have gone ahead and cleared the form caches to refresh the form. As for the current feature, showing the Subtotal Amount on the submission is not available yet, it will only show the Price of the product. We can request a feature request to our Developer Team about showing the Subtotal Amount on the submissions.
