How to send message to all users who have filled out a form?

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the feature to send bulk emails to all of the form respondents is currently not available. As a workaround, you can create an Autoresponder with the custom message, then send it using the Send Mail button on your Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to add the Send Email button to your form:

1. On the submissions page, add a new column.
2. Go to the Buttons tab and select Send Email and click Next.
3. Name the column.
4. Choose the email you want to be sent and click Create Column.
5. The Send Email button is now added to the Tables and you can send it manually anytime you need to.
