Smart PDF: How to edit the field's font size and color individually with Original PDF

    Hi MESSAGGI_ALFREDA,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I see that you want to be able to customize each field with their font size and color. You can do this by uploading the Certificate as a background image and you can then add your fields. That way, you'll be able to edit their font size and colors individually. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In PDF Editor, right-click on your Original PDF and save it as an image.

    2. Add a new PDF Document and click on the Paint Roller on the right side of the page.

    3. Under Background Image, choose a file and upload the image you just saved.

    4. To minimize confusion, let's delete the other elements and start with the name.

    5. Add an Empty Space form element to adjust the name.

    6. Click on the Name and the Settings panel will show on the right side of the screen. You can then adjust the font size, text alignment, color, etc.

    7. To add the other fields, they're under the Form Fields tab on the left side of the screen.

    8. When you're done adjusting all the fields, don't forget to update the PDF in your Thank You Page Settings. If you want to use the new PDF, replace the old one with the new one.
