1. do you need any specific documents if I want to register as a non-profit organization?
2. we want to create more or less 10 modules, which is the best offer for us?

Thanks for getting back to us. You may submit your application for a nonprofit by visiting this link and clicking the button to claim the discount offer. You will be asked to upload your tax documentation proving your nonprofit status.

As for your question about 10 modules, I'm not sure I'm understanding this. If you wish to create 10 forms then you should be fine with the Bronze plan.
