Unauthorized subscription charged

Salve, ho riscontrato sul mio conto corrente degli addebiti Worldpay non autorizzati. Vorrei bloccare il tutto. Gentilmente potrei sapere come fare o in alternativa il link per disdire tale addebito. Grazie

If you are referring to Jotform Subscription, I checked your account and there's no subscription under Jotform. If you have another email associated with Jotform, can you please provide it to us?
