Would it be possible for a user to review their form (but making it no longer editable) by entering the unique form ID?

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. To make sure that I clearly understand your request, you'd like to allow your user to review their responses but not allow them to edit them? You can set up an autoresponder email to allow them to see their responses in your form. This means that when they submit the form, they will receive an email notification about the summary of their responses. Let me show you how to set that up:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email.
• Next, select Autoresponder Email.
• Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.

Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form. This way, there's no need for your users or customers to enter unique codes to check their submissions summary.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Da quanto ho capito, vuoi che il modulo possa essere compilato solamente dai manager e le informazioni devono poter essere consultate ma non modificate da color che consultano il documento.

Come prima cosa, puoi rendere il tuo modulo Privato e renderlo compilabile solo alle persona a cui è stato assegnato. Ecco come fare:

1. In Form Builder, clicca su Publish.
2. Seleziona Settings.
3. Seleziona Private Form. Solo le persone invitate potranno accedervi e compilarlo.

Ora che il modulo può essere compilato solo dai manager, puoi ottenere un PDF con tutti i dati inseriti tramite il nostro PDF Editor. Per ogni risposta al modulo verrà creato un file PDF da te personalizzabile con i dati inseriti. Il PDF può essere inviato alla tua email o a quella dei tuoi utenti.

In alternativa puoi utilizzare Smart PDF Forms, tramite cui puoi creare un PDF e impostare una password per la visualizzazione di quest'ultimo. Puoi consultare questa guida su Come Impostare una Password per un PDF.

Se questa soluzione non è adatta alle tue esigenze, forniscici maggiori dettagli e saremo lieti di aiutarti. Per salvare i dati inseriti in un modulo, è necessario che questo venga inoltrato in modo da salvare i dati nel tuo account. Grazie per averci contattato nuovamente. Se vuole costruire un modulo che i suoi rispondenti possono utilizzare per consultare le loro risposte e che queste non siano modificabili, può utilizzare il nostro widget Da foglio Elettronico a Modulo e poi rendere i campi non modificabili tramite una condizione. Le mostro come fare:

1. Nel Costruttore di Moduli, fare clic sul pulsante + Aggiungi elementi nella parte superiore sinistra dello schermo.
2. Successivamente, selezionare la scheda Widget e cercare Da foglio Elettronico a Modulo.
3. Poi aggiungere il widget al modulo.
4. Successivamente, nel pannello che appare sulla destra, fare clic su Upload File sotto a Foglio di calcolo e caricare un documento Excel che contenga il codice univoco e le risposte relative al Campo 4 e Campo 5. Dia un'occhiata allo screenshot sottostante per vedere un esempio:
   
5. Dunque, sotto la voce Access code column selezionare l' opzione / la colonna relativa al Codice Univoco.
   
   

Adesso bisogna creare la condizione che permetta di rendere i campi non modificabili. Le spiego come fare:

1. Nel Costruttore di Moduli, nella barra di navigazione arancione in cima alla pagina, fare clic su Impostazioni.
2. Nella colonna sulla sinistra, fare clic su Condizioni.
3. Successivamente selezionare l'opzione Abilita / Richiedi / Maschera campo.
4. Inserire la condizione simile a quella inserita nello screenshot sottostante, infine fare clic su Salva:

Ecco fatto, in questo modo i suoi rispondenti potranno inserire un Codice Univoco e vedere le loro risposte senza poterle modificare.

Se vuole può anche eliminare il tasto invia, così i suoi utenti potranno vedere le risposte ma non inviarle. Per fare ciò, basterà fare clic sull'icona Rimuovi sul lato destro del pulsante invia.

Risultato:

Qui può testare questo modulo di prova (Può usare i codici 01, 02 o 03) o clonarlo per capire meglio come è stato configurato.

tutto chiaro, l'unica cosa è che il foglio di calcolo da cui prendere i dati, dovrebbe essere una tabella con i dati del form compilato dagli utenti e non un foglio excel "statico".

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. The best workaround to this is already provided by my colleague Vincenzo. Which is to add a Spreadsheet to form widget to autofill the fields. But I understand that the data in the spreadsheet you need is from the form filled by the user. We currently don't have a way to connect to a database to fill the form, only the Spreadsheet to Form widget, which requires updating the file.

I suggest creating a zap through Zapier to your other form where the user will fill out and connect it to Excel. If the user submitted your form, the data will be pass to your Excel sheet. But you still need to download that sheet and upload it to the Spreadsheet to form widget to make sure that it is updated. Let me show you how to integrate Jotform with Excel:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Enter Excel in the Search bar.
4. Now, click on Excel and then on the Connect Zapier button.
5. Click on Authorize.
6. Next, choose the Zapier you want to use. That will open the Configure Your Zap window.
7. Click on the Edit button for the Action you want to do, sign into your Microsoft account, and then click on Continue.

After signing in to your Microsoft account, complete each step on your Zap and follow the Zapier directions. That’s it. Additionally, since this is a custom solution, you can hire a professional to implement your requirements. You can check this page for more information.
