Now, let me help you with your question. 100 Monthly Submissions is the total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period or upgrade your account to increase your limits. 500 Total submission means I can receive only 500 maximum number of submit in the base accont life?

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, if you hit 500 submissions. Remember that exceeding this limit deletes the oldest form entry to make way for the new submission. But also keep in mind that you have a monthly submission limit of 100, you cannot receive 500 submissions in one month.

but once 100 limit per 5 times my account is basically locked. I can not do anything right?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Total Submissions is the count of all form submissions since you created your account. If the Total Submissions reached 500, it will start purging the oldest submission, but it will not disable the forms. The Total Submissions will not reset either, it keeps deleting the oldest submission to give room for the incoming new ones.

On the other hand, every time that you hit 100 submissions within the month, that's when forms are disabled. It will reset on the following month. Note, it will not lock your account, but it will disable the forms until the counter resets.
