Buongiorno,
Grazie

Hi silversearayevents,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can add the Spreadsheet to Form widget to your form and upload an Excel file that has the list of email addresses to it. You can use it to validate the email addresses that is entered to your form. Let me show you how to add the widget:
- In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
- Search for Spreadsheet to Form and click it.
- Click the Wand icon to open the widget's
- Upload your Excel file.
- For the file to upload, create an Excel file with the list of valid emails. Here's the file on my demo as an example:
- After the file is uploaded, you can select the access code column. In your case, you can use the Email column.
- Set your Email field as read-only. Make sure the Email field label matches the Email header in the uploaded Excel file.
- Add a Hide/Show condition to only display the Submit button if the Spreadsheet to Form widget is validated:
Here's the result:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
