PROBLEMA CON APP

    SALVE, ho bisogno di usare la vostra applicazione anche su cellulare. Riesco a entrare ed usare tranquillamente JOTFORM su computer. Ma riscontro difficoltà nel accedere su app scaricata sul cellulare. Nello specifico non mi riconosce le credenziali. Uso le stesse con le quali entro su PC.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I tested it on my phone with my credentials, and it was working as it should.

    Can you share your mobile model and operating system? You can try reinstalling the app and turning your device off and on again. Please be reminded that the username and password is case sensitive, you can tap on the Eye icon to show the password when you log in. If the issue persists don't hesitate to reach out to us again.

    that is the message in english:

    HELLO, I need to use your application also on mobile. I can log in and easily use JOTFORM on a computer. But I'm having difficulty accessing the app downloaded on my phone. Specifically, it doesn't recognize my credentials. I use the same ones I use on the PC.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you have access to the email that you used to sign up for your Jotform account, you can use your email address or username to reset your password. Let me show you how:

    1. Open the Jotform Mobile App and tap on Sign in at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Tap on Forgot Password, and then enter your username or email address to get a recovery email to reset your password.

    When you get the Recovery Email with the Password Reset Link, click on that, and follow the steps to create a new password. Then, log into your account using that.
