    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the status of the email address that you used to open this ticket, but I am getting the result that this is a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link.

    If you are referring to another Jotfotm account, please provide the email address, and we will check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account.
