Multiple Choice field: Have a textbox beside each option

Now, going back to your inquiry, may I know if what do you want to achieve with these fields? As, Jotform has a widget for Social Media platforms that you can go and add your links into so that your clients can click and be redirected to your accounts. You can add this by following the steps below:

1. In Form Builder, Click Add Form Elements button.
2. Navigate to Widgets tab.
3. Search for Social Follow.
4. Click or Drag to add it on your form.
5. Click the Wand Icon to add/edit social media links.
6. Click Update Widget to save changes.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand you want to have a text box after each of the checkboxes; however, I'm afraid it's not possible using the Multiple Choice field. You may consider having Multi-Type columns in Input Table instead. Check out my screenshot below to see what I mean:
