    Riscontriamo diverse segnalazioni di moduli correttamente inoltrati ma a noi mai pervenuti.

    Come può essere possibile?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Can you let us know the names of the affected form fillers? Also, did they experience any problem error when they tried to submit the form? I've cleared your form caches. If they have not done so in a while, it could also be helpful to clear their browser cache or use a different browser or device.  Can they try submitting the form again and let us know what happens?

    Noi abbiamo lo screen della risposta inviata correttamente ma nella posta e nelle tabelle non risultano tali moduli. Purtroppo il controllo di questi moduli viene fatto a distanza di giorni e pertanto non sappiamo ora dire precisamente quando è stato mandato.

    Appena trascorsi 5/6 giorni dal momento in cui è atteso l'invio noi sollecitiamo l'invio se non risulta pervenuto e ci sentiamo dire "lo abbiamo mandato" e abbiamo avuto la risposta con lo screen del "Grazie"

    Ma non rintracciamo in alcun modo tali invii. Questo in coda è un esempio di un modulo inviato ma mai pervenuto. E come questo ne risultano davvero tanti. Risposte form non pervenute Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Risposte form non pervenute Image 1 Screenshot 20 Can you share with us any email address of the users that filled out the form, where the submissions were not recorded? Also, is your form embedded to a website? If so, can you give us the URL so we can check?

    Riguardo gli indirizzi email non li abbiamo perchè nel modulo non erano previsti, li abbiamo inseriti solamente oggi per poter fare confluire ad ognuno la risposta del modulo ed averla disponibile in caso di mancato ricevimento.

    Hi Demetrio,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email logs for your account just to make sure that the emails were sent to both of the set addresses. From looking at that, all the submissions have successfully sent an email. My suspicion right now is that they're getting filtered out at some point as they are being sent from a generic email, such as noreply@jotform.com. We use 3rd party email services for processing emails and in some cases, their reputation score may be affected due to spam reports, which leads to emails being filtered by some email providers. This is more common for business email providers. Our engineers are constantly working on keeping good reputation rates, but it is not possible to cover email delivery 100% for generic senders. 

    We would like to recommend you to use SMTP sender which is considered the more reliable against any filtering issues if properly set up. You can access the settings to switch your Sender Email by following these steps:

    1. Open the Form Builder for your form.

    2. Then you can head over to Settings.

    3. Followed by Emails.

    4. And to edit your email, you can click on the Pen icon on it.

    5. We can then head over to the Advanced tab.

    6. And at the bottom, for Sender Email, you can select + Add New Email.

    7. Then you will be prompted to provide your SMTP details and to add one of your own emails as the Sender email.

    It's also possible that whitelisting some of the IP addresses and domains that we use for sending emails could help if you wish to avoid setting up SMTP. If you have access to do that, you can read more about that here. This article includes the IP ranges, domains, and sender emails that we use.
