Ho impostato il limite di compilazione tramite ip e cookies.

Mi sembra che mantenga in memoria queste informazioni relative ad altri moduli che in realtà ho cancellato.

    Hi RsuRmMetal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood correctly, are you referring to the Unique Submission in Form Settings as shown in the screenshot below?

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I'll encounter the same issue but wasn't able to replicate it. I was able to submit the form twice. This could be a temporary issue, so I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Can you also try to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser?

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Deanne,

I'll try to explain better my issue about my module.

At the moment there no answers, becouse I deleted all of them. So I expect, not exist any counter of previous answers (cookies or Ip address) that can denied the submission.

At the moment the settings about unique submission is double restriction (cookies or Ip address)

The submission is denied because the system seems to recognize the ip-address. But were are stored this kind of data? How I can refresh for testing my module?

You speack about clearing form caches to refresh the data, how can I do that by myself?

    Thanks

    Regards

    Luisa

    Hello Luisa,

Thanks for getting back to us. Deleting submissions from the trash is necessary to reset the Unique Submission feature, not just trashing it. I've just tested a closed version of your form and I was able to re-submit it after purging the initial submission from the trash. Checking your form, I see there are no trashed submissions on your form at the moment.

I've also cleared your form caches from here. If the issue persists, can we please try to send multiple test submissions to your form to further investigate the issue?

Once we hear back from you, we will be able to further assist and help.

    Thank you,

is there any way to restrict multiple submission on the base of email login?

Cookies are not enought, because the user can clear his own cache and submit twice.

Ip address limitation is to much streectly, because different users may login for submission from the same network

    Regards

    Hi Luisa,

Thanks for getting back to us. It's currently not possible to restrict multiple submissions from the same Jotform account, without enabling the Unique Submission feature in Form Settings. We have a feature that would restrict multiple submissions from the same email address, but it requires asking the form fillers for their email address. I don't think this works for you, as this is a Survey Form, which I believe you want to get responses anonymously.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
