Account Jotform sospeso

    Buongiorno, da sabato mattina non riesco più ad accedere al mio account Jotform. Quando inserisco le credenziali mi dice che l'account è stato sospeso.

I checked your account associated with this email address: francesco.chiodelli@alice.it, and it appears that your account is suspended due to asking for a password on this form (240594124618053), which is against our Terms of Use. In order to activate your account, we need your permission to remove these offensive fields.
