App Builder: Ability to import or copy the products added in Form Builder

    Grazie.

    Buon lavoro e buona giornata.

    Con i miei migliori saluti.

    Hi Luca,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add your form to your app by adding Form Element. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In App Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Scroll down the list and add the Form element, by clicking on it or dragging and dropping onto your form. App Builder: Ability to import or copy the products added in Form Builder Image 1 Screenshot 40
    • After clicking, choose the form you want on the window that opens, then click Add Forms. That's it. App Builder: Ability to import or copy the products added in Form Builder Image 2 Screenshot 51

This is how it looks like after adding the form:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, but I would like to use the items charged in the form into App Builder so to not charge articles another time for saving time.

    thanks.

    Hi Luca,

Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion on your question. If you are referring to copying the paragraph on your form into your App, you can simply add a Paragraph element from the app builder menu and then paste the articles from the form. Check out this screencast below:

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Sorry, my question is: In App Builder I want import all the items (articles) that I used on form, so to not rewrite them. How is it possible?

    Thanks.

    Hi Luca,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to import or copy the products added in the Form Builder to the Product List in the App Builder. You can either add the products manually in the App Builder or add the form itself in your app as advised by my colleague in this reply.

We can forward a feature request for this but I'd like to set a proper expectation that we are unable to provide an ETA or guarantee that this will be implemented. Should we proceed?

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
