About Jotform subscription plan and payment method

Sul nostro sito istituzionale vorremmo attivare dei moduli per la richiesta di informazioni degli utenti, con reindirizzamento automatico a specifiche caselle di posta diversa per ciascun tipo di problematica.

Abbiamo potenzialmente circa 60.000 cittadini/utenti per la richiesta di informazioni sui vari servizi (passaporti, cittadinanza, attestazioni, codici fiscali etc) e in base al servizio richiesto inviare la richiesta ad un casella di posta specifica. Mediamente riceviamo circa 100 richieste al giorno.

Il modello ci deve inoltre permettere di raccogliere le informazioni necessarie, impedendo l'invio in caso non vengano fornite,al fine di evitare di ricevere informazioni incomplete.

Mi sembra che il vostro software offra questo servizio. Corretto?

Non mi è chiaro come poter scegliere tra i diversi profili di abbonamento (bronzo, argento etc), in particolare non mi è chiaro cosa si itnende per "limite moduli". E il limite di moduli gestiti quotidiamente? o casa? Avrei bisogno di una vostra consulanza per questa scelta.

Infine, in quanto pubblica amministrazione, abbiamo difficoltà a pagare con carta di credito con addebiti automatici. Sarebbe possibile stipulare un contratto ad hoc con pagamento annuale a mezzo bonifico?
