ho cancellato le risposte e svuotato il cestino e vedo ancora occupati 118 MB, come è possibile?

With that being said, let me assist you with your inquiry. Currently, your account's upload space is 105.37 MB/ 100MB. To free up more upload space, you may delete the submissions received to your Jotform with uploaded files. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. So, we always recommend downloading your submissions first. After deleting your submissions, you need to clear your trashed entries as well.

If the upload space won't update, we'll recalculate it on our end.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've recalculated your upload space, and it is still 105.37 MB. Can you please delete more submissions with file uploads? Below are the forms with the most uploaded files.

There were only 4 entries left. With few kb uploads files. I deleted the entire module and and cleared the trashed module.
Still didn't change.
I think there is an error of the calculated space.

Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking here, I saw that there is still 102 uploads under this form (Chiusurelle Sport (jotform.com)) and after recalculating your upload space, it's still the same. Can you check your Archived Entries? Let me show you how:

1. In your Jotform Tables, click on three dot icon.
2. Then click on Archived Entries.

I found with the form id number because it was unreachble on my account. Hope it will update now
