    Sul vostro sito c'è scritto che l'abbonamento silver costa 348$; perché ci addebitate 424,56$?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account, and it is still due to renew by March 31, 2024. Are you trying to process your payment manually? If yes, you will need to inform us so we can generate a payment link for you with your legacy pricing.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thank you; in our private session is written that on March 31, 2024 we will pay 424.56 USD, but the regular pricing for the Silver Yearly is 348.00 USD.

    We want to pay 348, not 424.56, on 31 March... What must we do?

    I checked your subscription and see that you will be charged $348 on your renewal on March 31, 2024. If you can take a screenshot of where you are seeing the 424.56 payment, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I'd like to apologize for the late response here. Our Billing Team has retained your legacy plan, and you can now renew with the same old price for a Silver subscription.
