How to change page title

per spiegarmi al meglio vi invio uno screenshot

Come faccio a cambiare il nome della scheda? Non vorrei si chiamasse Inpsieme Estate 2021.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can change the page title of your form in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Slick on Show More Options.
   
3. Scroll down to Page Title and change the text in the text box under it. That's it.
