Now, let me help you with your question. You can cancel an invitation of the Sign Document, but you cannot do it without notifying your client.

The invited users will receive an email about canceling of the sign documents where they were invited.

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi Valerio,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you had set up the signing order, then the second signer will not be notified about Jotform Sign document unless the first user has completed the step.

I suggest not canceling the document because doing so will email all the signers. As a workaround, you can just ignore the document that you have mistakenly sent to a user if he is not the first signer.
