Allow users to view their submissions from the Jotform app

Buongiorno,

avrei una domanda, ho creato un'app, il link è sotto in calce al documento, sostanzialmente sto dando accesso a dei miei istruttori affinché possano compilare i moduli dedicati. Vedo che tra le potenzialità del servizio offrite la possibilità di dare accesso alle risposte per gli utenti

Mi aiutate a capire come posso fare questa operazione che sarebbe importante?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. To be sure, are you trying to allow users to fill out the form and view their submissions through the app? If so, adding the form to your app will automatically give the users an option to view their submissions. However, this will require them to log in to their Jotform account. Here's a screencast showing how it works for the app users who filled out a form:

Avrei un'altra domanda, la notifica arriva solo se compilano il modulo, ma se proietto un qrcode non si somma alle altre?

Certo ora le spiego meglio, premetto che l'app viene utilizzata da Docenti del nostro centro.

Se accede al form: https://eu.jotform.com/app/build/240331705460345 e va alla pagina "PSA Aziendali_UNO" vedrà che ci sono dei moduli che il docente può compilare.

Ad esempio "INFORMATIVA CORSO PSA_UNO", ogni partecipante al corso dovrà compilare l'informativa prima di iniziare il corso, per velocizzare il tutto abbiamo messo a disposizione del docente i QRcode "INFORMATIVA TRATTAMENTO DATI PERSONALI" in modo tale che ogni partecipante possa, utilizzando il proprio cellulare, compilare quando spiegato.

Il problema è che se si compila il form come di seguito

allora vedo la notifica, se faccio compilare l'informativa dal QRcode come può il docente verificare la corretta compilazione?

Thanks for getting back to us. If the form was accessed and filled out from the QR code that was scanned on the app, the form will be opened in a web browser and not from the app. In that case, the users may be logged out from their Jotform account when they fill it out and the submission may not show in the Jotform app. Please make sure to ask the respondents to log in to their Jotform account on the browser that will open the form from the QR code.

However, only users who were logged in to their Jotform account are able to view the submissions from the App. Also, if they fill out the form from when the QR code is scanned, then it will not be captured as a submission made from the app, so it will not show there as well.
