Form over quota

Ciao, il form ha superato il limite ma abbiamo eliminato file ed è ancora bloccato.

Come facciamo a renderlo nuovamente pubblico? Questo problema ci sta creando molti disagi da ieri sera!

It seems that your account limit counter was oddly cached and caused the form to display the 'over quota' message. I've recalculated your account limit counter, and I was able to open your form without issue.

If the issue persists, please try clearing the browser's cache or opening the form using a different browser, and let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

The form still broken. You're causing us a lot of troubles as people can not access the form. Our image is now compromised as we seems unreliable in front of our audience. Please to give priority to this issue.

To eliminate the possibility that the issue is caused by the internet connection, please try opening the form while connected to a different network and using a fresh browser. If the issue persists, could you please share with us a screen recording of the console report when opening the form? This will help us investigate and escalate it to our Developer Team.

I tried opening your form on two different browsers, and it was working properly.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

People are writing us by email telling the form is not working!!!!!!!

If I add

I get the "form over quota".

To temporary solve the issue I add a redirect to https://www.jotform.com/240244248051346.

It appears that the form was oddly cached, reaching its limit when accessed via https://form.jotform.com/240244248051346 I have cleared the form cache, and I was able to open the form successfully, as demonstrated in the screencast below.
