Form disabilitato per spazio di archiviazione

    Buongiorno mi è stato disabilitati il form perché è stato superato lo spazio di caricamento.

    Purtroppo però non riesco a capire come dato che nella posta in entrata ci sono pochissimi file e in ogni caso tutte le richieste vengono eliminate entro 30 giorni.

    Ora ho svuotato il cestino ma non è cambiato nulla per quanto riguarda lo spazio di archiviazione.

    Come posso risolvere questo inconveniente?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're still seeing the over quota error on your form. I recalculated the limits on your account and confirmed that it's within the limit now. I reinstated the account and can be accessed now. Please try to refresh your browser to see the changes.

    thank you very much for your support. we have now set up that all answers to the form go to the recycle bin after 30 days. How can we make them go to the recycle bin after 15 days, for example?

    Hello olmogancia,

    Thanks for getting back with us. If you want to Set Up Deletion Period, you can use the Auto Delete Submission Feature from your Data page. Note that you can only choose from 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to your Data page by clicking on this link.
    2. Then, look for Auto Delete Submissions and click Set Deletion Period.
    3. A pop-up message will appear, click Got it from the right.
    4. Next, change it from Disabled to your preferred Deletion period.
    5. Click Next and review the settings and click the Yes, Change All button to proceed.
    6. Choose whether to keep or delete existing entries that exceed the selected Deletion Period.
    7. Finally, click the Yes, Update button to apply and save the changes.
