Account Suspended: Phishing

    Buongiorno,

    vi scrivo perchè mi sono trovato l'account sospeso per alcuni accessi che mi sono stati segnalati (purtroppo non ho notato la mail) il 30 e il 31 gennaio.

    Non sono più in grado di accedere al mio account per verificare che sia tutto a posto.

    Sarebbe possibile sbloccare l'accesso?

I can confirm that your account was suspended due to our Anti-Phishing detected a violation on our terms of use. Please have a quick view of Jotform's Terms and Conditions to know more about the restrictions and to avoid this happening again.

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send the requested information to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread: #12104281 as your subject and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
