    Buongiorno,

    Hi PA PEGASO odv,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, the issue you are facing is that you set two conditions for two different choices in your multi-select field on page 1. When you select both options in the multi-select field, it automatically triggers both conditions and it results in pages 2 and 3 remaining hidden. I'm working on a work around as soon as I achieve your requirements I will get back to you.

Meanwhile, if you have any other questions, let us know.

    Hi PA PEGASO odv,

Thanks for patiently waiting, I made it work by slightly modifying the existing conditions that you set up in your form. You have to modify both the conditions in order, so that if one option matches in the condition then and other doesn't have to be matched so that the condition should not be executed when both options are selected. Let me show you what you need to change in your conditions to achieve your desired functionality:

    • Hover over the first condition and click on the pencil icon to edit the condition.
    • Add another IF condition.
    • Select the same field as it is in the other IF condition.
    • Select Is Not Equal to in the STATE field.
    • Select the opposite option which needs to be unchecked.
    • Select ALL in the rules of the condition.
    • Save the condition.
    • Repeat it with the second condition.

Conditions : Unhide the Pages when both the options are selected Screenshot 20 Check out my demo form or you can clone this form too.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

thank you for your precious support.

I was able to get my form working with your advice.

I applied the "IF" on both rules and now everything works.

    Thank you
