Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can share the URL link to your form, I can check it out and help you with a solution. Perhaps you want to restore a field that you deleted? We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In the Form Builder, select the save status text at the top just below the form name to open Revision History.
2. In the Revision History pane on the right, choose a revision to review.
3. Click on the revision’s Revert button to restore it.
