    With that being said, we're unable to locate any account using the information you provided. Could you perhaps share the email address of the account so we can check? Or if you have a back up of any form link residing on that account, that'll help us locate it and check its status.

    Hi,

    There is no problem , i can talk with you in English too.

    I have 3 businesses an i don't rember which one have the subscription.

    The only thing i know is the mastercard associated to the subscription.

    Which method do you prefer i can get you all the Businesses data or the mastercard associated ?

    • Mastercard
    • The expiration date is 03/25
    • Date of charge is 11/01/2024
    • The amount is 444,51 € - USD 475,80

    Hi Antonio,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. We're unable to locate the account using the credit card details you provided. However, the team has looked into the company name you provided earlier, and they were able to locate one account possibly associated with the company.

    The account is under the email address is**vi**stu*io@g**il.c*m. I'm assuming you're familiar with the email, and to my understanding earlier, you would like to cancel the subscription, right? If so, then you will have to login to that account and make another cancel request on this page.
