Now, let me help you with your question. You can disable your form at a later date . Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Disabled on specific date.
4. Set your desired date to disable the form. That's it, you're done.
