Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry this is happening. I cloned your form and I couldn't replicate the same issue. I'm able to submit the form with no issues:

Could you please share with us a Consol Report for the issue when the user tried to submit your form? This will help us to investigate the root of the issue. Let me show you how to share the Screenshot:

1. Once you open your thread, scroll down until you see Your Answer section.
2. Click the Add Image button.
3. Upload the image from your PC, then click the Add button to post the image on your thread.

I have cleared your form Cache to refresh the data. You can try to test the form again.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
