Email Notification: Rejected Due to SPF / DKIM

    Gentile assistenza Jotform,


    Mi rivolgo a voi per segnalare un problema che sto riscontrando con l'invio delle email tramite il servizio JotForm.


    Negli ultimi giorni, abbiamo notato che le email inviate tramite i moduli Jotform non vengono consegnate correttamente ai destinatari. Alcuni dei nostri utenti hanno segnalato di non aver ricevuto le notifiche email dopo aver compilato i moduli sul nostro sito.


    Ho verificato i log di invio delle email e ho riscontrato che molti messaggi sono stati respinti con il seguente errore:



    550-5.7.26 This mail has been blocked because the sender is unauthenticated.
    550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM.
    Ho esaminato le impostazioni del nostro dominio e ho confermato che abbiamo correttamente configurato SPF e DKIM per il nostro dominio.


    Chiedo gentilmente il vostro supporto per risolvere questa problematica e assicurare che le email inviate tramite Jotform vengano consegnate correttamente ai destinatari.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have reviewed your form, and it looks like you are using your own Sender Email in the Autoresponder, which means that this issue is most likely related to your Sender Email. When the sender email of an email alert in a form is set to be sent via SMTP, it is not being sent from our server but from the SMTP server. I would suggest that you check the status of the emails with your IT or with your email service provider to see what happened to the email notifications sent through your form submissions.

    Thank you for your prompt response and for the assistance provided.


    I really appreciate your suggestion to also test the issue from the client side. I will conduct a thorough check with our IT department and our email service provider to further examine the matter.


    Even though we have set up all the configurations in the TXT record on the client side, there might still be some details to look into to fully resolve the issue.


    I will keep you updated on any developments and will reach out again if I need further information or assistance.
