COME POSSO GESTIRE PAGAMENTO A RATE?

ho creato un form di registrazione per un evento e l'ho caricato sul sito internet della scuola.

vorrei sapere come gestire i pagamenti a rate (ho inserito stripe checkout come pagamento) e come sia possibile che su stripe mi risultano due pagamenti in entrata ma nessun modulo di risposta su jotform!
