Pagamenti non arrivati

    Salve stiamo riscontrando problemi con alcune persone che hanno effettuato il pagamento tramite il nostro modulo. Ci viene riferito che dalla loro parte è stato effettuato e confermato a noi non è arrivato nulla come può essere ?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and can see that out of the three forms you have, only the Modulo pagamento form has payment integration. This form is integrated with PayPal Business. Is this the correct form in question? If so, may we know if you have checked the correct PayPal Business account that is connected to the integration? Can you please share the submission ID of the submission where you did not receive the payment?
