Form Freezing/Won't load

Il mio modulo (https://form.jotform.com/universodocente/iscrizione) ha smesso di funzionare correttamente dalla giornata di venerdì.

Oltre a questo malfunzionamento, il modulo non entra nella modalità di modifica.

Abbiamo riscontrato delle notifiche in più nonostante la Posta in entrata sia completamente letta.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue, it looks like the form is freezing due to the several conditions. Kindly note that the bigger the form is with lots of contents(fields) and a lot of script functions (i.e. Conditions), the most likely the form will become sluggish when loading and will sometimes result in form crashing. You might consider cloning your original form and divide the cloned form to several pages to see if it makes any difference. Also, I have gone ahead and cleared your form to help fix minor issues.
