Orari diversi

Salve, vorrei sapere come mai l'orario di invio del modulo è diverso da quello che appare nel PDF? Come faccio a sincronizzarlo?

Lascio sia il PDF che lo screnn come esempio.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have ran a test submission on your app version of the form and it seems to show me the same time on the submission and PDf file as shown below.

I have also cleared your form caches just in case, but if it doesn't work, I suggest you create a new PDF on different tab and see if the time shown on the app and PDF is the same. Please let us know if you have more questions or issues regarding this matter.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned and tested your form, but the submission time is correctly displayed in the PDF document. Can you try what my colleague suggested, by creating a new PDF Document in the PDF Editor and delete the previous one and see how it goes? Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on the Three dots icon beside your document tab and select New PDF Document.
2. Then, click again the Three dots icon of your previous document and click on Delete.

You can also change the language of the Date format in your PDF Document by clicking the gear icon of the date field, as you see below:
