Jotform App: Prompt to Add to Homescreen is not showing

Buongiorno sto' cercando di istallare su un tablet android un mio form o l'app del form, ma purtoppo sul tablet non mi appare con nessun browser neanchw aggiornato, il comando aggiungi a schermata home. Mi sapete indicare come posso fare in alternativa?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you're having trouble adding your Jotform App to your android tablet. It seems the issue is also happening on desktop browser. I tried opening your Jotform App and the prompt to Add to Homescreen also doesn't appear on my end.

I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we are looking into this. While testing your app, I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end. I've tried loading up your form on PC, iOS and Android devices and in each test, I was able to see the add home page prompt. Please refer to my screenshots below:

As you can see in the screenshots, I was able to view the Add Home Screen prompt in each device. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Ho provato anche io ma non mi appare niente, probabilmente sbaglio tipo di condivisione come lo faccio arrivare sul mio tablet android? quale metodo di condivisione uso? e poi il modulo o l'app del modulo?

I'm very sorry to hear that. Keep in mind that the Add tom Home Screen prompt should appear regardless of how you share your App URL. I just tested it again on my desktop browser and can see the prompt now.

I also tried it on my Android tablet and the prompt to Add to Home Screen shows.

Can you try the following steps to troubleshoot further?

• Clear your Android Tablet's browser cache
• Restart your device.
