riccardo.amici1987Domanda del 10 febbraio 2024 alle ore 09:41
Buongiorno,
Potete aiutarmi?Grazie e buon lavoro

Hi Riccardo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:
- At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
- Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Good morning, after modifying some conditions yesterday, I noticed that the system not only failed to save them but also deleted all the existing ones, duplicating a single conditional. I tried to restore, but I receive an error saying 'Oops, something went wrong, and we were unable to initialize your version history'. For this reason, I was wondering if you could restore me to the latest version from February 9th.

Hi Riccardo,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try using a different browser and access the revision history again?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Riccardo,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form (240111480338345), and it appears that you are using 1207 fields and 1880 conditions, which causes your form to be slow. I would suggest reducing the size of the form and conditions, or you can split your form into multiple forms.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
