Come modificare il metodo di pagamento?

Ho annullato il pagamento automatico tramite paypal ma non riesco ancora a pagare con una nuova carta di credito.

Non mi permette di selezionare un metodo di pagamento diverso da paypal e non mi permette di selezionare il pagamento mensile.
