    Hi Nicola,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood you correctly, You want to have a rate of 100 points for your selected products? Do note that this can't be achieved using the product list element. You can use a multiple-choice element and assign values per every option to be counted as points. Let me show you how to create this:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Add a Multiple Choice element to your form.
    • Click on the Gear icon to open Multiple Choice Properties.
    • Under the Options tab, Toggle the Calculation Values to On, then set the values for options in the Calculation Values area.

Then, you can pass the calculation value of the selected product on the multiple-choice field into a Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widget tab, select Form Calculation.
    • Insert the following calculation into your widget:

This is the output after applying the condition:

You can apply the same thing using many multiple-choice fields or a single-choice field, then assign calculation values to the options and update the calculation widget for the result.

Give it a try and let us know if you are looking for something else.

    Grazie mille

    Hi Nicola,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to have a limit of 100 patients. You can set a condition for the calculated points if they exceed 100, hide the submit button, and show a paragraph as a warning message. Let me show you how:

First, let's add a number field with the name of the product to allow the user to set the number of the product:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Add a Number element to your form.
    • Click on the Wand icon of the calculation widget to update the calculation for the new number field.

See the screencast below for more details:

Add a paragraph element to your form as a warning message:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Add a Paragraph element to your form.
    • Click on the Pencil icon to add your text.

The last thing, add a condition to show this paragraph element and hide the submit button:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
    3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
    4. Set the conditions as you see below:

    Check out the screencast below:

You can check the result after adding the condition:

Feel free to Clone my Demo Form for more details.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Nicola,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, conditional logic is not supported in the product list element. As a workaround, you would have to take out your products and use regular fields to be able to run conditions.

You have to follow the workaround, my colleague mentioned. To calculate the total price/points and to use the conditional logic.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
